Led by Extend-a-Family Kingston (DSO South East Region) in collaboration with Surrey Place (DSO Toronto Region), Service Coordination Support DSO Eastern Region), and SHS Inc., this Ontario-based Solutions Lab will explore the following challenge:
How might we design a “win-win” model for property owners to contribute their assets to a community land trust to unlock new affordable supportive housing options for individuals with developmental disabilities?
