NEW Starting in December a staff member from Extend-A-Family Kingston will be on-site to answer questions about the DSO or Passport Funding.

Our team can assist you with:

• Problem Solving and Support

• Providing Information and Advice

• Referrals to Community Services & Supports

Welcoming People living with a DEVELOPMENTAL disability

Adult Protective Services Worker (APSW)

• Advocates on behalf of the individual to help them access and maintain community support services

• Provides information and referrals

• Supports Individuals in the development of problem-solving skills
