Submitting for reimbursement can be done as often as you need.
If you need any support with your submission, please connect with our team!

If PassportONE experiences delays, it may take several weeks to be reimbursed for claim submissions.  We want to reassure you that all eligible claims will be paid, and we appreciate your patience at this time. Please register for eCLAIMS or My Direct Plan and submit through this method for faster processing times.
