On the evening of Thursday June 28 Extend-A-Family Kingston held its Annual General Meeting in our beautiful Diversity Garden, at our Kingston location.
Guests enjoyed live music, an EAF social circle, delicious refreshments and of course the business of the meeting.
Jennifer Fisher of Wilkinson and company presented the Audited Financial Statements.
Outgoing Board President Ron, Cumming shared his remarks and an overview of the Agency's accomplishments the past year.
Interim Executive Director, Paul McGarvey also reflected on the past year at Extend-A-Family Kingston. Paul began his remarks with the dedication of a Cherry tree in honour of former Executive Director, David Munroe who retired this past year. Paul shared that the tree will be planted in Extend-A-Family’s diversity garden to signify the roots that David has sown into our agency.
